[MCOH-EH] Horizontal co worker violence

I have been asked to be on a committee to formulate a peer-to-peer (horizontal workplace violence) policy. Do any of you have a policy on this topic that you would be interested in sharing or is this just a topic that your HR department would address if it happens?
