[MCOH-EH] Source testing

We handle significant exposures to body fluids for a specialty hospital.  The specialty hospital sends the blood of the source patient to the lab for testing.  The lab is requesting an ICD 10 code to process source's blood.   What ICD 10 code are people using for source blood testing.  Are you using the same code as the exposed since it is under the same comp case?
