[MCOH-EH] USP 800 questionnaire/ policy

Dear Colleagues,

If you can please share/post any USP questionnaires or policies to the group if you have any now or as they are developed. It is greatly appreciated and is being requested by others in the group.  I have a feeling we are all working on this project.

FYI,  our hospital is working on Procedures and Policy for cleaning their hoods, training for large spills, equipment controls such as hood use and how to clean hoods. Also identifying if they are able to exclude certain Hazardous Drugs that are in regular use. Safety will also be discussing sampling areas soon, I will update when avail.
