Thank you all for the responses and resources, do you all have any specific handouts that you give to employees after an injury occurs for education?

Thank you,

I'm new in my role, but I am sharing information from the CDC on their efforts to reduce sharps injuries. They have a campaign.

Where are you getting education for post-needlestick and bloodborne pathogen exposures to prevent reoccurrence? Are you ordering brochures, flyers, or from a specific website?

We have a TON of information on our website. See bottom of page "Exposure Resource Links" https://internationalsafetycenter.org/resources/

Also we have decades worth of comparison data if that is useful for you. https://internationalsafetycenter.org/exposure-reports/

Also, we are working with NIOSH to update the Stop Sticks Campaign. https://www.cdc.gov/niosh/stopsticks/default.html

Let me know if anyone needs additional information. This is what we do all day, every day.

Regards,

Amber
