[MCOH-EH] Hospital hiring process/vaccines and titers

Here is our Standard Health Requirements. We require documentation of all vaccines or titers and TB tests. We provide free vaccines or lab titers if they don't have our requirements, it's part of our onboarding process.

We require documentation of MMR (2 doses) and varicella (2 doses).  If no documentation of vaccines, then we do titers for measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella.  If titers are negative, they are required to get the vaccine.
