We do not, but I would be interested to hear as well if anyone does.
Our EPIC module screens people for MERS, which is annoying since Ebola screening is officially still supposed to be done (at least in our state), and we have no where in the computer to prompt them to ask or to document what their response was.

Subject: [MCOH-EH] ED Communicable Disease Screening

Hello,

Does anyone do a standard screening in their ED for communicable diseases for walk-in patients and EMS patients? We are looking for solutions to prevent a communicable disease exposure like tuberculosis or pertussis as soon as possible.

Thanks,

Megan
