[MCOH-EH] Quanteferon Gold Testing

We accept them within 12 months of hire. We do them at hire and at exposure. This is our state public health's policy. They do a TB assessment for each county each year to determine new incidences of TB and if we need to do annual testing, haven't done it in many years.

Hello,
I have a couple of questions on Quanteferon Testing..

  1.   How far back do you accept QG tests for new hires (1 yr, 2 yrs, 5 years, etc)
  2.   Do you require annual QG testing for employees or only testing upon exposure?
