[MCOH-EH] Immunizations for Travelers

We have different agreements with different companies. For example, we just opened a six bed respiratory unit and a hospice unit managed by outside companies. . We allowed attestations for the hospice unit and receive them before the new hire starts and we perform the preplacements for the respiratory unit so complete the screening in our clinic. Travel agencies will send us the documentation in advance. The hospice unit is part of a large organization and keeps all the records on file in their main office.

List,

Does your organization require actual immunization records and/or titers, drug screens, TSTs/IGRAs, etc., from contract clinical staff? Or, will you accept an attestation from the staffing agency that the individual being placed meets the hospital's requirements and that actual records are available for audit?

Thank you,
