[MCOH-EH] Drug Diversion Committee

We do have a Controlled Substances Diversion Committee.  The chair is our Diversion Coordinator (RN who works for pharmacy).  We meet quarterly and include members from Compliance, Team Member Health, HR, Security, Nursing, Pharmacy, IT, Risk Mgt, Quality.
Our IT department has built an internal diversion audit system that provide interactive data from our AcuDose and EPIC.
Team Member Health manages the intervention and rehab component.  The Diversion Coordinator completes audits, develops education and presents metrics to the committee.
