[MCOH-EH] Annual TB Surveillance

Still waiting on Cal/OSHA as required by ATD standard.  I hear Cal/OSHA is working on something but don't know any details.
CDPH (licensing) does allow for a program flex, so one state agency is on board :)
Interested if others are moving ahead in CA before Cal/OSHA weighs in.
