I work for IHS, Indian Health Service. Our deadline for vaccination is October 31. At my service unit we have approximately 500 employees. When you include contractors and students the number goes up to about 550. We are currently at 98.7% compliance with the employees.

Yes Mercy Health Bon Secours system. Policy was active 8-1-2019. Deadline for vaccine or flu exemption request approval is 12-9-2019. 4200+ employees in Greenville market.

VA hospital system starts flu shots mid to end of September. Must be completed by November 30.
Appx 400,000 employees. Maybe 100,000 volunteers.
Mandatory flu shot or wear a mask all flu season.
