Yes, our policy and Oregon Health Authority allows TB test resulting within 30 days of hire.

As the employee health coordinator I have cleared new employees to begin work after TB testing results are known.  We usually do IGRA testing at time of post offer screen. Does anyone allow new employees to begin work without knowing TB testing results, e.g. the IGRA is pending...
