Dear colleagues,
We have a few employees who have reported "sensitivity" to the smell of our hand soaps (MedLine). The symptoms, as relayed to me, vary from being sick to the stomach to one employee needing to use inhalers and having migraines. Our current soap dispensers do not accommodate other soaps inside them and we have been informed by our purchasing department that the old dispensers are no longer available.
What would you suggest as an acceptable solution that will help these employees meet infection prevention requirements while addressing their concerns?
Thanks!
Abhijay
