[MCOH-EH] Accessing state PMP for safety sensitive job applicants and DOTs

The reason for the data base is for the prescribing provider to know and confirm how much has been prescribed for their patients and if concerned about abuse as well as the state to track
In RI and in MA you can’t look at unless you’re the prescriber
I’m a palliative care physician as well so I’m looking and verifying
There is no way I’d look for someone who is not my patient.
