[MCOH-EH] Chest X-RAY without proof of positive PPD

We would do an IGRA test (TB Quanteferon or T-Spot) because PPD pos can be because of hypersensitivity or BCG or can be subjective. If IGRA positive, then move to symptom screen and X-ray.
Thank you.

Hi everyone:
A quick question, do you allow employees to go straight to chest XRAy based on verbal report of positive PPD skin test results without written documentation of the actual result or induration ?

Clinic policy mandates proof of positive skin test prior to X-RAY but some employers want a chest X-Ray based on verbal input only !
 Thanks ,
