[EXTERNAL SENDER]
We go ahead and do a QFT if they don't have proof. If QFT is negative- no x-ray.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] [MCOH-EH] Chest X-RAY without proof of positive PPD

Warning: [This message came from outside of Spartanburg Regional Network]

Hi everyone:
A quick question, do you allow employees to go straight to chest XRAy based on verbal report of positive PPD skin test results without written documentation of the actual result or induration ?

Clinic policy mandates proof of positive skin test prior to X-RAY but some employers want a chest X-Ray based on verbal input only !
 Thanks ,
