[MCOH-EH] Cloth Masks

I know that our largest provider just purchased 100,000 reusable cloth masks. Not sure if they plan on putting them over masks, or using them in place of surgical masks.

It would be reasonable to consider in a crisis or to prevent a crisis. Not sure how comfortable a double mask will be?
