Even though this recommendation came out, we are recommending people who are immunocompromised at home, over 65 etc. wear these masks, but for our healthcare facility I cannot depend on these to be safe for healthcare work, so we are not allowing any home made products at this time for healthcare purposes.

At our health center we are planning on a mask reuse program so if we get to the point that we need to reuse procedural masks and N95 respirators we have a policy/process in place.?
For procedural masks we are autoclaving, for N95 following a similar process as reported by the University of Nebraska with UV decontamination and returning the N95 to the original user up to maybe 5 times based off how well the masks hold up.
Interested in any other institutions program/process that you have been using, things that have seemed to go well, versus things that don't seem to go well??
We have process engineers setting up our processes, and will share those once they are developed.?
    Thank you
