I think our id code for pay lines up with your pep. 

If we tell people they can’t work because of an id issue when they want to. Does that line up-yes

How have you determined those that should go on WC or have they requested and that is determined by your tpa. We are self-insured and manage the vast majority of our claims in house, therefore, we are making the decision and are accepting most . We did not accept a few at the beginning because it was pretty clear it was not acquired at work. Visiting with sick niece and nephew from NY, son returned from overseas and son had COVID. Going forward we will have to rely on the High Consequence logs that employees sign each time the enter/exit COVID positive and R/O patient 

Because we have some residential homes that are part of our system the doh has requested all employees be tested when a patient there was positive. That’s how we face asymptomatic positives. As an aside of those that tested positive over 50% were asymptomatic. Yesterday I had an employee test positive that was asymptomatic-he needed the test to work elsewhere. He is out of work and can return on the 11th day provided he remains asymptomatic
