We have separate entrances designated for staff entry for all shifts, manned by a “Greeter.” The employee is given a mask, temp checked with Thermoscan, and screened with question; “do you have any respiratory symptoms.” If the employee has a 100 or above temp or is symptomatic, the individual is turned away and advised to use sick call out process and notify Employee Health. We have this set up at all our sites.

Thank you,

Hi all,

I think everyone is doing daily symptom checks and attestations on hospital employees. I am wondering if anyone is checking temperatures when
staff enter their hospitals for the day/shift.

Thank you
