[MCOH-EH] Leap Frog Survey - Hand washing standard

Anyone on the list participating in the Leap Frog initiative for their facility??  If so, I am curious what you are doing to meet this standard at hire?
My thought is to do it during their onboarding health assessment, since we already do drug screening where they will be washing their hands, we would just need to "observe and educate" during the process.  Also hand sanitizer use requested upon entry into the nurses office prior to signing or completing any consents, etc., just looking for input.
