Charlie,
Our organization has established a medical command center for COVID, we have repurposed and trained multiple employees that otherwise would have been furloughed to work at the command center. We have medical residents helping with answering calls. Dental hygienist, EMTs are helping with swabbing. As construction is limited, we have them directing test flow and traffic etc. I am the physician lead, and have learned to utilize a team that we call “the misfit toys” where we all have different expertise, but one common goal and all gather in one large central location to perform all COVID related task. Please feel free to contact me for further details- ayteng at gmail.com
