[MCOH-EH] Medical Center Remote Workers and immunizations

Regarding immunizations, are most facilities using conventional Hepatitis B vaccination (3 series) or the CpG-adjuvanted Heplisav-B (2-series)?
Our organization is considering switching to 2-series for the convenience factor for employees and hopefully improved compliance. In looking at Up-To-Date, it seems there are some "safety concerns" and it recommends the decision to vaccinate with HepB-CpG should be made on a case-by-case basis.
Thoughts/opinions appreciated.

I am curious about the opinions from members who work in large hospital systems and any policies that either require or don't require immunizations (flu, MMR, etc) of their remote workers. My concern would be how we could effectively monitor if the employee is working completely remotely or transfers to an on-site position. Thoughts?
