We require flu vaccinations for all employees, even those working remotely (unless outside of the country). We feel it is an important general public health measure that hospital systems should support by setting an example for their communities.

        External Email - Use Caution

I am curious about the opinions from members who work in large hospital systems and any policies that either require or don't require immunizations (flu, MMR, etc) of their remote workers. My concern would be how we could effectively monitor if the employee is working completely remotely or transfers to an on-site position. Thoughts?
