[MCOH-EH] Medical Center Remote Workers and immunizations

[Winters, Tom (BIDMC - Occupational Health)]

We require flu vaccine for all workers at DFCI, all workers in patient care areas or provide patient care at BCH, all HCW at BIDMC. On-site or virtual work  same requirement.

I am curious about the opinions from members who work in large hospital systems and any policies that either require or don't require immunizations (flu, MMR, etc) of their remote workers. My concern would be how we could effectively  monitor if the employee is working completely remotely or transfers to an on-site position. Thoughts?
