[MCOH-EH] Travel Restrictions and Quarantines

Our state (NY) has guidelines after travel, excluding certain states.  This is ascertained as part of daily Health Check (symptoms, travel, community or household exposures). If certain answers are yes, including travel, staff are asked more nuanced questions with testing in leu of quarantine for essential works if/when appropriate. Some individuals are stuck with the full 14 day quarantine.

We are taking a more nuanced approach with a travel risk assessment that considers travel mode, lodging, and behaviors along with destination.  So far it seems to be effective in combination with our daily symptom checker.  Would love to know how others are approaching this. Amy

I am curious to know what you all are doing about state recommended quarantine after travel.



Does your state have such a list that recommends a 14 day home quarantine after traveling to a state on the list?



Are you requiring your employees to home quarantine for 14 days after returning from a state on such a list?
