We use Agility by Net Health for our occ med practice.  It has an employee health module although we are not using that.
We have only recently started using but are happy with our choice.

We have a joint Occupational & Employee Health department in need of an EHR.  I am evaluating different products and am curious what others are using.  Also wondering if anyone has found a Cerner solution that works well.
