[MCOH-EH] Survey: COVID Vaccine administration/15 minute observation period

We follow 15 minute and 30 minute wait times
We have special clinics for those with a history of anaphylaxis to anything
requiring 30 minutes.
We also have a rapid response team in proximity.
We have had an employee have a serious allergic reaction post vaccine
