We are doing the same as far as 15 minutes/30 minute wait times post vaccination.
Typical numbers are about 300 per day. Could do more without worrying about space needs. Our system has about 4500 employees.

The entire process was put together by a leadership team that decided to use epic our general electronic medical record for documenting/ scheduling and charting the COVID19 vaccinations for our own employees. Epic/ MyChart is utilized which includes second dose scheduling reminders.
The paper vaccine consent forms are scanned same day into Epic EMR

We have ReadySet EH software up and running x ~ 4 years now, but HR and leadership went with the general medical Epic EMR.
Lots of eyes with access to PHI of our employees but hey, its a pandemic after all. This rollout is more than our 2 EH RNs could manage.

A series of internal emails were sent out to select, narrow groups of employees, starting with ICU staff/ higher risk employees, broadening the eligible employees every few days or so as the role out progressed. The email contains a link to a scheduling platform (Microsoft Bookings) so only those employees eligible for the vaccine on that day were able to schedule a specific time slot.

A series of rooms in our main hospital are used. Registration room separate from injection room, separate from the post injection waiting room.
When people check in to the post injection waiting room, they are given a sticky label with time to leave written in by staff.
