We created a separate mechanism outside of our OH as well as our general EHR.
Now county HD is seeking our help in next step in vaccination, we plan to modify this independent tracking tool to be expanded in scope to include non employees as well.

The vaccine administration process is tracked in EPIC (and not our EH EMR) and orders are under one of our system hospitalists. Of course, employee health is still very much involved and has been involved with logistics, administration, medical direction as needed throughout the process, etc.
