[MCOH-EH] MRSA precautions nares

For those of you work in a hospital setting, have any of you moved away from placing Contact Precautions for patients with MRSA in the nares?  If yes, would you be willing to share your policy and references.  If you do continue to keep these patients under contact precautions, what is your criteria from removal of precautions?
Do you have an algorithm to share?
