Health System in Pennsylvania seeks an occupational nurse case manager  
Job Summary: 
 
The Workers’ Compensation Nurse Case Manager is an experienced RN who provides both field and telephonic clinical case management for our Health System Employees with medical-only, lost time, and complex workers’ compensation cases under the direction of the Section Chief of Occupational Medicine/Employee Health. This includes but is not limited to contributing to compensability decisions, coordinating light duty, assuring compliance with plan of care, attending specialist appointments, and composing letters to Independent Medical Examiners. The Nurse Case Manager also participates in or leads projects that support Employee Health and Accident Prevention. This position is 0.8 FTE with benefits. There is a possibility that the position may increase to 1.0 FTE, although this is not guaranteed at this time. The nurse case manager can choose to work from home; on-campus presence is occasionally required (approximately once weekly) with attendance at patient appointments infrequently.  
 
  
 
Qualifications: 
 
2 Year/Associate’s Degree (Minimum Requirement) 
 
BSN preferred
 
PA RN License
 
PA Driver’s License
 
CPR Certification
 
CCM (Certified Case Manager) Credential (Preferred)
 
Workers Comp Case Management Experience (Preferred)
