[MCOH-EH] Re remote workers and vaccination

Hi Phil,

We are looking at instituting a policy that only requires drug screen and background check if the person lives greater than 120 miles from our closest facility. If they live closer than that, there is an increased likelihood that at some point they will come on site and therefore we will continue to require the usual immunizations and TB screening.

We are having debates on whether to require the same pre-placement immunizations and TB testing to remote workers throughout the US. Covid has created a whole new opportunity for healthcare. 

There are challenges with this and would appreciate your institutions policy on this.
