[MCOH-EH] Exposure assessment of fully vaccinated HCPs with presumptive Delta variant versus earlier variants

We are not currently considering these types of exposures in fully vaccinated HCWs to be high risk.  Therefore, no quarantine, counsel on symptoms, and test if symptoms develop.

Trying to get a consensus...are you managing exposures in fully vaccinated HCPs  to COVID-19 patients, i.e., without appropriate PPE in place...differently with presumption that the exposure was to Delta.

Typically, it's unmasked patient, surgical mask HCP, no protective eyewear.

I haven't seen or heard any "official" guidance yet.
