We have given most of the vaccine to our employees, so have the records in our Occ. Health system.  If received outside of our system, we rely mainly on the State vaccine databases of Minnesota and Wisconsin.  If not there we review personal vaccine record.

Same as Amy. We have had a few requests for boosters but are waiting for clear guidance. Also looking for guidance about updated communication on breakthrough cases and messaging around vaccine efficacy/public confidence.

One question I have is how we are defining “fully vaccinated”. Is it through self-attestation, confirmation via vaccination passport, etc.? I don’t know if that was clearly defined in the recent MMWR article.
