Hello,
We require, two mmr or titers of immunity. Hep b titer of immunity and recommend vaccine if not immune then re- titer 1 month after vaccine.
Flu vaccine is mandatory with only approved medical exemption.
Varicella strongly recommended to be immune by titer or vaccine x 2.

Does your facility require titers for new hires? Does your facility require/strongly encourage/suggest vaccinations, Hep B, Varicella, etc for patient facing new hires?
Thank you,
