  * July and August; 54% of our positive team member cases are breakthrough up from average of 23% in Jan - June, prior to Delta. 95% sequenced are Delta variant. Only 1 hospitalized but she was on dialysis and had other comorbidities. We gave most of our vaccinations in Dec and January.
  * Of the unvaccinated, we have had at least 4 of the positive cases hospitalized (around 3%)
  * But, we also offer Monoclonal antibody infusions to anyone who is positive and symptomatic, including vaccinated persons so that has probably decreased our hospitalizations in our unvaccinated team members.
  * We have an on-site infusion clinic and they get infused within 1-3 days from symptom onset.
  * Next week we are starting subcutaneous monoclonal antibody injections to any unvaccinated team member who was exposed within the prior 96 hours. (4 subq injections at different site, 2.5 ml per injection). Hoping they wont become infected at all.
  * Our team member vaccination rate is around 73% now.

WARNING: This email came from an external source outside of Tampa General Hospital.
Would appreciate learning what your observations have been of COVID-19 infections newly diagnosed in fully vaccinated health care personnel.
For the last two weeks, for our institution, it's 47%. All received their series of Pfizer in January and February. No hospitalizations.

Send your response to me directly, and let me know if you want it to be anonymized.

Thanks.

Ed
