Good evening MCOH-EH:
  A question to those of you who are mandating COVID-19 vaccine on your
employees.
Are you taking adverse effects of the vaccine as a work-related injury
since the employees were REQUIRED to take it , and which was OSHA’s initial
position ?

Or are you following the latest position from May where it was determined
that regardless of whether it was recommended or required, and until at
least May 2022, side effects are not to be considered as work-related ?
