[MCOH-EH] Federal COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate

Can anyone  share how they are collecting COVID-19 vaccination data on students and contract staff (EVS, Linen, Mobile medical, travel, agency, SPD)?   Most of our contractors are not screened via Team Member Health on hire so we don’t have any way of capturing their vaccine data.  Also,  our HR Peoplesoft program does not auto terminate contract staff and students  so , even if we entered in  our database, they would not be terminated when they left the facility.     Therefore, our denominator for vaccine reporting would be inaccurate.

Would love to hear what others are  doing to collect this data on non-employees.   Thank you!
