[MCOH-EH] Workplace Violence--De-escalation training

Happy Spring to all my OH colleagues.
I am curious to know what other organizations may be using for de-escalation training. We are a larger health system and have some of our facilities using CPI and others using Essentials of Aggression Management. We have one facility looking at a program called Vistelar. Are there others you are using? What is your experience with any of these? What has worked well? What are your strategies for ongoing sustainability? Thank you in advance for your responses.
