[MCOH-EH] Employee Illness monitoring and surveillance for contagious diseases

Hello,
As we navigate towards the endemic phase of COVID, I have been tasked to identify a process for which we can monitor / surveille employee absences related to illness with the intent of identifying contagious diseases.

Does anyone have a policy or practice that they currently have in place that you could share or discuss?
