[MCOH-EH] New hire employees unable to take live vaccines

My preferred approach is to combine individual counseling for risk reduction with a concise work restriction. An example might be, "May not work with patients who have varicella or undiagnosed rash illness." So far, they've all been accommodated. It's an escalating concern as Patricia points out. I'd love to hear other approaches. Amy

What are others doing about the growing number of new hire employees taking immunosuppressives who are not immune to MMR or Varicella by titer?
