I never really respond to these emails:  Not sure where you can purchase these but during the pandemic (and just the nature of shipping things living in Hawaii), needed to have many available ASAP so went searching in many stores finally finding a desktop covering / protector material that was thick enough but pliable and not too heavy.  Cut out a pattern and had our Facilities cut and place the velour.  Had them create 3 different holes for height differences.  Worked really well and still use them today!

Are there any facilities using the clear fit test hood with the surgical cap on the top? See attached, hood was photographed upside down. If you are using the clear fit test hood as shown where are you purchasing them from?

Or are you using the 3M or other hood?
