Rachel,
I did not see that you received any responses yet, so I thought I would chime in. We are currently allowing home tests, however not allowing employee to return while having symptoms until they provide 2 negative tests. So, unless they are only experiencing symptoms for 24 hours and they resolve completely most staff are out at least 48 hours. I have not seen any benchmarks set. It would depend on established process and test type allowable by facility.
We are no longer providing rapid PCR testing to our employees at no cost. For this reason, we have had to give some latitude to accept other tests.

                Team member (TM) calls in to the time it takes to get a COVID test
                TM tests to test resulted
                TM resulted to retests/ return to work
