[MCOH-EH] Covid Testing

We are a small facility.  We ask that employees keep at least two test kits at home to use to rule out COVID.  We also have a standing order for EH to test employees for Influenza to help rule that out.  We use these tools as a piece of the puzzle, knowing that many people with symptoms of COVID won't test positive until 3 or 4 days into their illness.
