We require employees to report their positive test to an online reporting
system or leave a message with our COVID hotline. Return to work guidance
is provided to all positive employees via an e-mail or verbally if they
call us. We provide testing for workplace exposures, but ask employees to
obtain antigen tests through their insurance for symptoms or community
exposures. We have 2 RNs assigned to handle COVID questions and inquiries
on a daily basis. COVID positive employees can return to work on day #6
with a negative test, otherwise day #8 (symptom onset is day 0). We ask
them to mask until day 10.
