Yes, we have anyone with a bloodborne pathogen exposure sign a declination or consent form for PEP. Of course if they decline they can change their mind at any time!

Hi,

Does anyone ask an employee who has had a bloodborne pathogen to decline HIV PEP if offered and they do not want to take it?
