[MCOH-EH] States requiring annual TB testing?

Minnesota's Department of Health aligned with the 2019 CDC guidelines shortly after they were issued. https://www.health.state.mn.us/diseases/tb/rules/healthcare.html

Effective June 10, 2019:

  *   MDH no longer uses a Minnesota-specific algorithm to determine setting TB risk level.
  *   Settings licensed by MDH will no longer be required to do annual TB screenings of health care personnel to remain in regulatory compliance with MDH, regardless of facility TB risk classification.

Minnesota is.   We require a TB blood test for onboarding of all employees. Then an annual Mantoux for those that work in the Er, Urgent Care, Pulmonary Clinic, and Respiratory Care

I need to find out ASAP if any states are still requiring annual TB testing of healthcare workers?
