Yes but we don’t require a booster.  New hire compliance can be met by documenting a complete primary series, or a dose of the current ACIP-recommended vaccine

Of course we continue to strongly encourage that HCP stay up-to-date with current recommendations, and we are continuing to offer COVID-19 vaccination on-site free.
