[MCOH-EH] [EXTERNAL] Color Deficiency

We perform on all of our Ishihara on all employees. It is easy and does not cost anything so it is easier just to do it. Currently we have no next steps. Interested to hear from the group how they approach.
We have had nurses be excluded from trial on new equipment that required color vision testing for participation.
